Question:
What information do I need to provide when requesting a bus video?
Answer:
Persons wishing to make a public records request for video from cameras on our buses are strongly encouraged to do so within 10 days of the event.
When requesting a bus video please include the following information:
Date of Incident
Time of Incident
Approximate Length of Incident (if known)
Bus Number (four digit number)
Bus Route Number
Type of Incident
Cross Streets
What direction was the bus traveling (North, South, East, West, or I don’t know) Any additional information that will assist the Authority in identifying the incident.
