• Any debriefing letters or notices sent to unsuccessful bidders
In addition, please provide:
• Copies of the submitted proposals from all bidders, including technical proposals and cost proposals
• Any pricing schedules, cost proposals, fee schedules, rate sheets, or pricing tables submitted as part of the proposals
• Any Best and Final Offer (BAFO) submissions or revised pricing submitted during negotiations
• Any procurement summary, selection memorandum, negotiation memorandum, or award justification explaining the basis for the award decision
If the full proposals are voluminous, the documents most relevant to my request are bid tabulations, pricing sheets, cost proposals, and evaluation summaries.
I understand proprietary information may be redacted where applicable. I am requesting existing records only and am not asking staff to create new summaries or explanations.
Please notify me if the cost to fulfill this request will exceed $25 before proceeding.
