A request for more than one report or statement or report and statement at the same time shall be considered a single request.
**OCTA may charge the cost of producing a copy of an electronic record, including the cost to construct a record, the cost of programming, and computer services necessary to produce a copy of the record if:
1.
The request seeks a copy of an electronic record, and the record is produced only at otherwise regularly scheduled intervals, or

The request would require data compilation, extraction, or programing to produce the record.
All fees must be paid prior to receiving the copies of the records. In situations that involve copying of voluminous documents, OCTA may require a deposit of 50 percent of the estimated fees prior to beginning copying.
